The terms for using the TenantTrim review

Short and in plain words. By downloading or running the review, your organisation agrees to them. Last changed 29 October 2026.

What you may do

  • During early access the review is free. Your organisation may run Invoke-M365Review.ps1 on its own Microsoft 365, as often as it likes, for its own reviews and monthly checks.
  • You may not resell it, pass it on, change it, or use it to provide a service to anyone else.
  • The reports it makes are yours.

What the review does

  • It only reads. It changes nothing in your Microsoft 365.
  • Its figures are estimates at Microsoft's list prices. Check them against your own Microsoft invoice before you decide anything on them.
  • It can only report what Microsoft 365 shows it, and some things it cannot check; the report says which.

Changes are your decision

Anything you choose to change in your Microsoft 365 after reading the report is your decision, and your own admin makes it. The steps in the report are guidance, each with a link to Microsoft's own instructions: check each change against them, and make sure anything still needed is saved, before you make it. We do not make changes to your Microsoft 365, and we are not responsible for changes made by you or on your behalf.

No warranty

The review, its reports and everything on this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that they are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DD Bloom is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the review, its reports or this site, or from acting on them, including lost data, lost licences, interruption to your services or lost savings. Where the law does not allow that limit, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the review.

Features marked coming soon or coming later

Anything this site marks as coming soon or coming later is not available, and these terms do not offer it. When one is offered, it will come with its own terms.

Who we are, and these terms
